Keep in mind that USPS First Class International shipping may take up to 8 weeks or longer. The tracking for international shipments will only state that it left the US and may not be updated passed that point, as other countries are not required to update the tracking status.
Unfortunately, since it's the carrier's responsibility to deliver the package we have no higher ability to locate or delegate it's final delivery status, other than providing the U.S. tracking number to you on your WP account. The best option is to contact your local post office and customs to track it down.
If eight weeks have passed please let us know and we'll see what we can do for you, as we certainly want to make sure you've received your product!
